 MacMahon system. 
*Japanese 1989 rules
*EGF tournament rules  
*Thinking time is 80 minutes and 15 stones in 5 minutes
*Komi: 6½ points

!Tournament fee
* 20 euro is the normal tournament fee
* 5 euro discount is gien to a pleyer who is youger that 18 years is 10 kyu or weaker or brings go equpment{1].
* maximum reduction of 10 euro is given only to a junior who brings equipment.  
* a player who registers late (in April) has to pay a 5 euro surcharge.
