I would like to invite all players from your countries in Saint-Petersburg
to participate in 3rd annual Cup of Consul general of Korea in 
Saint-Petersburg. This tournament already becomes one of greatest Russian go
events. Last year tournament has collected 100 participants, strongest
players was Lee Hyuk, Artem Kachanovsky (Cup winner), Alexander 
Dienersteinn, Dmitry Surin.


Tournament details:
Dates: 8-9th of October 2011
Rules: McMahon 6 rounds, time control 1hr+3x30 sec byo-yomi
Prize fund $1200 at least
Tournament fee for foreigners: 500RR (12.5 eur)
Accommodation: 3-star double room 800RR pppn (20 eur)

5-dan players and stronger have 100% accommodation discount
2-dan players and stronger have 50% accommodation discount
