1. Kokouksen avaus
Avattiin kokous 18:25. Varsinaisia jäseniä paikalle neljä. Todettiin kokous koolle kutsutuksi ja päätösvaltaiseksi.

2. Puheenjohtajan ja sihteerin valinta

Valittiin puheenjohtajaksi Olli Tuovinen, sihteeriksi Joonas Pihlajamaa

3. Korean Ambassador's Cup (KAC)

Jarno ehdotti että ilmoittautumisen voisi laittaa kuntoon. Keskusteltiin budjetista

"NGA-palkinto neljästä voitosta, tai jos ei riittävän vahva, kirjapalkinto heikommille"

4 kierrosta lauantaina, 3 kierrosta sunnuntaina
Huippukierros 12, 16 tai 20 jäsentä, riippuen osallistujamäärästä

Ajat 20min+20s*3 - noin 1,5h per kierros

4. Kesäleiri
Arkkitehtien kesämajan voisi vuokrata 300 eurolla. Yhdistyksen rahatilanne tosin varsin heikko. Ensisijaisesti voitaisiin suunnitella ensi vuodelle - voidaan varata ensi vuodellekin tänä vuonna saatavia tukia. Tällöin voitaisiin myös varata Espoon kaupungin tiloja. Antti Törmänen lupautui tulevansa opetatjaksi.

5. Varjo-ropeconin järjestäminen
Kirjastossa järjestetään, tiistaina 24.7. pyydetty esittelemään gota. "Opettamaan pelin saloja ja jakamaan go-tietoutta." Antti kysyy Juria paikalle. Riittää tulla pelailemaan ja kertomaan asioista. Joonas lupautui tulemaan päivällä, tähtätään neljän jälkeen, esim. 16-19. Mikael lähettää järkkärille viestiä.

6. Harjoitusvideoinnin järjestäminen EuroGoTV:ssä
Aiemmin oli puhetta, että treenattaisiin ennen KAC:ia. Todettiin, että paras paikka voisi olla SM-II -karsinta.

7. Kokouksen päättäminen
Päätettiin kokous klo 19:29.
