Jaakko Munkin 29. muistoturnaus oli kalmen edellisen vuoden tapaan lohkoturnaus, jossa tason mukaan jaetut ryhmät pelasivat täydellisen sarjan.

• Kuuden pelaajan ryhmät tason (GoR) mukaan jaettuna.

• Seitsemän kierrosta tasa-alkupelein
• Peliaika 40 min + 5 min/25 siirtoa kanadalainen byoyomi (tai 15 sekunnin japanilainen byoyomi)
• EGF B-luokan turnaus
