Turnaukseen ilmoittaudutaan viimeistään 11.3. klo 18 mennessä. Turnausbudjestista on mahdollisuus korvata jossakin määrin matkakuluja. Jos haluaa korvausta, tulisi ilmoittautua viimeistään 6.3. Ari Karppiselle

Ingin säännöt, tasa-alkupelit, komi 8 pistettä, musta voittaa pisteiden mennessä tasan.

Osallistujat
Turnaukseen saa osallistua, jokainen joka on 12.3.2000 korkeintaan 17 vuotias. SM-tittelin voi kuitenkin saada vain liiton jäsen.

Turnaus
Turnausmuoto päätetään ilmoittautumisajan mentyä umpeen. Kierroksia pelataan 3,4, tai 5 ja peliaika on vähintään 50 minuuttia ja enintään 75 minuuttia pelaajaa kohden. Jos käytetään byoyomia voi perusaika olla lyhyempi. Turnaus voidaan jakaa alle 12- ja alle 18 -vuotiaiden (tai useammiksi) lohkoiksi.

Palkinnot
Liitto on varannut 1000 markkaa käytettäväksi palkintoihin ja matkakulujen korvaamiseen.

Don't try to use HTML, since it just won't work.
