Oulun Kesä 2009 -turnaus järjestetään tänä kesänä perjantaista 3.7. sunnuntaihin 5.7. Pelipaikkana toimii toivottavasti Oulun Lyseon lukio, Kajaaninkatu 3.

Alustavat säännöt#

• 60 minuuttia perusaikaa ja 15 kiveä 5 minuutissa kanadalainen byo-yomi (EGF A)
• 6 kierrosta
• Japanilaiset säännöt -89
• MacMahon tms., tasa-alku (komi valkealle 6,5)
• Tie-breakerit: Rahapalkintojen osalta pelkkä SOS
• Parittajalle on ilmoitettava henkilökohtaisesti tai tekstiviestillä mahdollisimman aikaisin, mikäli ei jostain syystä pääse seuraavalle kierrokselle

• Haasteturnaus tasoituksin kaikkien pelipäivien ajan, 10+10 minuutin absoluuttiset ajat
