Huom! Tasoitussysteemi säädetään niin, että huippuryhmässä tai sitä lähellä pelit ovat suurimmaksi osaksi tasa-avauksin mutta suurten tasoerojen peleissä käytetään kohtuullisia tasoituksia.
*) McMahon-ryhmiä on täsmälleen yhtä paljon kuin luokituksiakin. Huippuryhmää ei siis ole. Tasoitus on McMahon-pisteiden erotus vähennettynä yhdellä. Sijoitus määräytyy voittojen määrästä. Ainoa tiebreaker on tappioiden määrä.
