This year's Oulu Summer Tournament will also be held in Oulun lyseon lukio.

Rules

• 60 minutes and 15 stones in 5 minutes Canadian byo-yomi (EGF A class)
• 6 rounds
• McMahon or suchlike, even games, komi 6.5 for white
• Japanese rules

Side tournaments

• Challenge tournament on all game days, 30 minutes absolute
• Blind 9*9 cup tournament, on one game day
• Sandbag Go tournament, on one game day (different from the 9*9 tournament)

Prizes

• Money prizes for the top three players
• Books?
• Fans and such?

Entry fees

• Normally about 15 euros
• Cut fees for bringing a board and stones (and clocks, too) (about 12 euros)
• About 10 euros for players 10-kyu and under
