Miten muuten täsmälleen tulee menetellä, jotta esitykset pääsevät vuosikokoukseen? Täytyykö ne esimerkiksi julkistaa lopullisessa muodossaan ennen kokousta?

Jos et edellisestä vastauskesta osannut päätellä, niin säänöistä on minulla tallessa vain paperikopiot.

Vastaus aiempana olevaan kysymykseesi on, että vuosikokoukseen haluttavat esitykset tulee toimittaa liitolle viimeistään 15. tammikuuta.

Kuinka monta A-nelosta niitä sääntöjä on? Go-liiton sihteeri ilmoitti, että hän voisi laittaa ne verkkoon. Jos sääntöjä on muutama hassu paperillinen, voisin itsekin kirjoittaa ne tekstinkäsittelyohjelmaan. Tarve sääntöjen paremmalle arkistoinnille on ilmeinen.

Säännöistä olisi hyvä olla useampi kopio useammassa paikassa, etteivät mene tahattomasti hukkaan. Muutenkin sääntöjen olisi hyvä olla myös sähköisessä muodossa, jotta jäsenet voivat tarvittaessa saada säännöt kätevästi käsiinsä. En näe myöskään mitään estettä sille, että säännöt olisivat julkisesti nähtävillä verkossa.

Markku, saat tietysti halutessasi kirjoittaa säännöt tietokoneella. Sen jälkeen onkin hyvä hetki muuttaa niitä :-)

Eiköhän ole ihan hyvä, että jäsenet saavat tietää, miten säännöt muuttuvat. Sitä paitsi säännöistä ei muutu kuitenkaan kovin iso osa.
