Helsinkiläinen elämäntapa Judoka ja Goon harrastaja nykyiseltä luokitukselta 1 dan. Koska liian moni on kysynyt minulta mitä tarkoittaa, että olen elämäntapa Judoka, niin mainitsen nyt vielä tässäkin että minun tapauksessani se tarkoittaa sitä että minä elän ja hengitän budolajeja. Kaikki mitä teen päivittäin liittyy jollain tapaa budolajeihin ja harrastan myös goota budon harjoittelumuotona, esim. paineensietokyvyn kehittäminen, tunteiden hallinta, keskittyminen jne.
