KGS, eli KGS Go Server, on hyvin toimiva täysin ilmainen go-serveri, jossa ihmiset voivat pelata gota, katsella muiden pelejä, tai jutella gosta tai muista asioista. Serveriä voi käyttää javaa tukevalla selaimella, mutta pidemmän päälle kannattaa hakea client-ohjelma omalle koneelle, jolloin kaikki ominaisuudet saa käyttöön. KGS löytyy osoitteesta http://www.gokgs.com/.

KGS:n erityinen vahvuus on editori, jolla voidaan käydä porukalla läpi pelattuja pelejä, tutkia variaatioita ja asettaa laudalle erilaisia merkkejä ja numeroita. Tästä syystä KGS on mainio paikka gon opettamiseen verkon välityksellä. Lisäksi KGS:ssä on hyvin lämmin ilmapiiri, ja ihmiset opettavat mielellään aloittelijoita, ja pelaavat tasoituspelejä, minkä vuoksi KGS sopii erittäin hyvin aloitteleville pelaajille.

Suomalaiset pelaajat viettävät aikaansa huoneessa Sauna, joka löytyy huonelistalta Main-kansion alta. Paikalla on yleensä pelaajia aloittelijoista veteraaneihin. Sauna on myös hyvä paikka kysyä go:hon tai suomalaiseen go-elämään liittyviä kysymyksiä.

KGS:n käyttäjät voivat lisätä tunnuksensa ja asuinpaikkansa maailmankarttaan. Sivu ei ole virallinen osa KGS:ä.

KGS on mahdollista saada toimimaan myös Nokia N900 -puhelimella.

|text|more text| Makes a table. Double bars for a table heading.

Don't try to use HTML, since it just won't work.

To embed images just put them available on the web using one of the approved formats, and they will get inlined automatically. To see the list of approved formats, go check SystemInfo.

To make a code block, use triple {'s to open, and triple }'s to close.
